Privacy Policy
Atlas Room respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you join the community, why, and how it's handled.
What we collect
When you use the “Join the community” form we collect your name, email, what you do, and (optionally) your birthday. We also record page views (path + referring site) together with a random ID stored in your browser so we can count unique visitors — it isn't linked to your name or email.
Why we collect it
To let you into the Discord community, to send you occasional updates about Atlas Room, and to improve the site. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Where it's stored
Your details are stored securely in our database (Supabase). Only the site owner can access them, through a password-protected admin area.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your data at any time — just reach out on Instagram (@ci.taha). If you unsubscribe, we stop sending updates.
Cookies & storage
We use one cookie for the admin login only, plus a random visitor ID in your browser's local storage for visitor counts. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Instagram messages
When you comment a keyword on one of our Instagram posts or message @ci.taha, our automation (connected through Meta's official Instagram API) processes your Instagram user ID, your username, the text of that comment or message, and a delivery log of the replies we send you. If you open a link we sent, we record the click with a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself). We use this only to send you what you asked for and to measure which content helps. Webhook events are kept for 30 days (90 days if processing failed); the delivery log is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Data deletion
To delete everything we hold about your Instagram account, send a DM to @ci.taha with the word DELETE. We remove your delivery log, messages and click records within 30 days and confirm by DM. You can also remove our app's access at any time in Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
