1. Pick a small, clear problem (niche) — not a super-app.

3. Launch a simple version (MVP) now — not after 6 months.
4. Organic marketing from day one: subreddits + reels on TikTok and Instagram.
5. Listen to feedback, fix, repeat — the numbers come with time. 📈
