Hey! 👋 Here's what I promised you — with an honest update first:

OX Alpha was a stealth model on OpenRouter: free while it was being tested, strong at coding, with a huge context and support for text, images and video. It has since been revealed as Z.ai's GLM-5.3-Flash (z-ai/glm-5.3-flash) — and it is no longer free. ⚠️

The good news: it's very cheap — at the time of writing about $0.045 per 1M input tokens and $0.14 per 1M output tokens, with a ~1.3M-token context that reads text, images and video. Check the live price on the model page before you use it.

Setup in ~1 minute

Create an OpenRouter account, add a few credits, and create an API key:

Install opencode:

npm i -g opencode-ai@latest

Open your project in the terminal and start it:

opencode

Run /connect, search for OpenRouter, and paste your API key:

/connect

Run /models and pick GLM 5.3 Flash (z-ai/glm-5.3-flash):

/models

The same /connect → /models flow works for any OpenRouter model — when a new stealth model drops, you can switch to it in seconds. 🕵️
