claude-mem: the Claude that never forgets

Hey! 👋 Here's what I promised you:

claude-mem — a super-simple skill that gives Claude permanent memory across sessions: it remembers your project and every detail from all your sessions — even when you start a new session. You no longer repeat yourself and re-explain from scratch every time, and it stops hallucinating or drifting off old ideas — it picks up right where you left off.

How to start

1. In the terminal, one line:

npx claude-mem install

2. Or from inside Claude Code via the plugin:

/plugin marketplace add thedotmack/claude-mem
/plugin install claude-mem

3. That's it — just work normally. Every new session, Claude comes back with your project's context on its own: try asking "What were we doing yesterday?" and see. 🧠
