Where to set up your app's company
Hey! 👋 Here's what I promised you:
Before you launch the app on the App Store / Play Store, where you set up your company changes everything. In the US / UK you'll run into problems down the line: the taxes are high, payouts and verification get delayed, and the company address is public on the App Store — and Apple tightened things up because of fraud/scam apps. Here are the 4 options:
1. Estonia (e-Residency) 🇪🇪 — you open a fully online European company, and there's 0% tax on profits kept inside the company (you don't pay until you distribute them).

- Decide what matters most to you: tax (UAE / HK), or online ease in Europe (Estonia), or the US market (US LLC).
- Register the company through the links above — they're all done online.
- Open the banking + Stripe under the new company.
- Then create the Apple and Google developer accounts in the company's name and launch the app.
